Scrub Bros was recommended to me by Eric at Empire Restoration after we had a little work done in our crawlspace. I spoke with Pierre at Scrub Bros and made a date. I had to bump the appointment once (with more than 24 hours notice) because we weren’t ready yet. Pierre was gracious about rescheduling. We had one big stain that seemed hopeless. A protein shake with (red/purple) açaí purée and fresh blended blueberries was dumped on the floor and left untouched to dry, weeks before we contacted Scrub Bros. Pierre was skeptical about his ability to make it disappear, but gave it his best. Well, the happy ending is that we cannot even tell now where it was. He’s a magician! And a nice guy with reasonable rates to boot.

Never a problem, the guys come twice a year and the carpets look like new when they are done. And we have pets, and despite that the carpets sparkle and smell so fresh. Prompt, responsive and always an excellent job.

Pierre was easy to schedule with, called the day of and was ahead of schedule so was able to come a little early, and they arrived and got right to work pre-treating and then cleaning our entire upstairs. The carpets look great and their pricing is extremely competitive.

With 3 kids and 2 dogs, I know we will use Scrub Bros again BUT I don’t think it will have to be too soon based on how well our carpets cleaned up!
